Claymation Courtyard
''Claymation Courtyard'' is the eighty-first studio album by guitarist Buckethead, and the fifty-first installment of the ''Buckethead Pikes Series''.〔(Original announcement of the album on Buckethead's bandcamp site )〕
The album was announced on March 4 on two limited edition formats to be released on April 9. The first format consists of 300 copies of an untitled white album signed by Buckethead himself. The second version consists of an unspecified amount of copies of an untitled white album with hand drawn covers and signed by Buckethead himself. The second version was only offered until March 11 while the first version lasted until copies sold out. While the intended release date was planned to be April 9, the service announced that they were running behind on orders and that copies would be shipped within the following week. The album was finally sent on April 14.
A download version of the album was also addressed on the original announcement but no specific date was given for this release. The downloadable version of the album was released on April 22 and it included the cover, album title, and track names for the album.
A standard edition was also announced but has not yet been released.
